13* with Lake Effect Snow

Fairly rare to have lake effect snow around here as its more common in the Smoky Mountains east of here and the Eastern Ky areas, especially West Virginia.
These temps will just not lighten up! Looking for relief and back to normals by Sunday - Normal on this day in winter here :
