Need to know what variety they were/are before I can say for sure... Some types of bananas will not store very well, while others do fine as long as they stayed dry. Give us more info and we can see what can be done... BTW, sorry to hear you may have lost them... Hopefully, they will come back from the corm for you. If the corm feels firm, and not black and mushy, I would plant them out and see what happens if you have the room....
