I still get amazed hearing how bad your temps get considering your latitude. Still, your winter daytime highs are better than here which will bring the palms through winter better than here.
Hey Tony, I saw the owner of your old house the other day actually on his knees and tending to the flower beds in front of your house. I thought Tony would appreciate seeing that.
