Jeff, what do you do for winter protection? Do you just keep it wrapped? What about fungus rot? I didn't want to do mine that way last year because even for just a couple of weeks, mine had this white fuzzy sort of stuff that collected in the spear frond and was wet. I even used Daconil as a preventative. So I started leaving it uncovered more often and apparently the cold got it. So I don't know what to do. I can't seem to leave mine covered like you guys can.
