Well, if you've change the vacuum mod. and you have a good vac hose down to it, I'd say you have a sticking valve in the valve body, or a passage in the valve body that is plugged, or your seals have shrunk and it's not building enough pressure to shift. Did this just start happening, or is this a car that has been sitting for years and just brought out from storage? EJ
