Hi Jon, I'm going to be putting my 4-door Cougar on a diet soon, and have a list of stuff that will go......... All a/c and heater stuff from under the hood and dash 100lbs. Front and rear inner bumpers and crush brackets 100lbs plus..... Carpet and under lay sound deadener pad 25lbs. P/S 20lbs going to manual. Brake booster, going to manual brakes, ect............ just some ideas for ya, EJ
