blue smoke

i got a 1979 cougar 2 weeks ago that had ben sitting for about 4 years and i got it started today i flush the rad and chang the oil befor i started it when it was runing it sounded good no nock or ticks but i got a lot of blue smoke out the back anyone know y thanks
