THe 351w shares the same bolt pattern as a 302 so
an AOD from a Full Size LIncoln will help you out. Or one from a 87-93 mustang(heavy duty internals from the factory) will work too!
I used a mustand aod into my 67 Galaxie which weighs as much as a 70's cougar and i didnt have a problem..
