Paul, you better find the boots first, they're not that easy to find in good shape. Do you have any junk yards by you, the following would have the correct boots and holes, 72-76 Torino/Montego, 72-79 Ranchero, 74-79 Cougar, and 77-79 Thunderbird. If you could find one in the junk yard, it would be easier than me trying to tell you where to drill and the size, and if you can't find the boots, then just drill small holes, put gromets in them and wrap the speaker wires real good with tape. Id you find the boots, and can't find a car to get the hole location and size, then I'll see what I can do. [P.S.] the door and door post should have some type of marking on it where the factory would have drill or pounched them out, maybe a center pounch divet or something??? E.J.
