I have a '74 XR7 that came with a standard AM radio. I have purchased and installed an original AM/FM 8 track stereo on it now. I have purchased the speaker grills for the doors and am ready to cut the vinyl on the doors for the speakers/grills. My question is the routing of the speaker wires. I can't remember how the wiring is routed from the chassis to the door. I vaguely recall a rubber boot, but see no grommets to pull and install boots. Can some one help?
