So to do this a/c to non a/c swap in my Cougar, properly, I need to swap heater boxes, along with controls/etc..... and swap the piece of the firewall with the hole in the cowl on the drivers side to make the vent on the drivers side of the dash functional... So... 2 hours got me the dash almost entirely ready to come out. I need to unbolt it and it should fall in my lap.
