Well, like I said.. it's firm, but I don't know your definition of harsh. LOL. It's no where NEAR my boss's 02 Lincoln Town Car in regards to "smoothness". You'll feel every bump. Like I said.. softer than an F250 box truck, harder than my Z24 with poly bushings and drop springs.
