Done this about a month ago, cycle into the Lodge is no problem. I dismounted (pah!) to push the bike up the hill behind the lodge, remounting when the angle eased off and left my bike near where the boathouse *used* to be. Last year I took my bike further and left it by Loch Pattack but didn't feel the effort was worth it, it involves cycling on pebbles on the loch shore and as mentioned a couple of shoogly bridges. From railway crossing to boathouse it took an hour but only 30 minutes going back!
