Posted by Chris Hine I know that as responsible people we would do nothing to risk the spread of this highly infectious descease but what is the advice offered by DEFRA and the MCoS in apparently F&M free areas. Perhaps the MCoS could set out some guidelines to address access during this difficult time or provide information on where hill goers should seek advice. thanks Chris

What is the state of access currently with the foot and mouth outbreak in southern England. How does this affect out right to roam in Scotland ? Is there a blanket ban or do we still have the right to access the countryside.
