Posted by Lisa Moore Hi i have just started on the Assistant Instructor Scheme at Outward Bound Loch Eil Scotland. I have been searching on the internet for any funding organisations to help fund students over the age of 25, but I have not had a lot of luck. I am very enthusistic about getting on in the outdoors, but I have no kit and Iam struggling to get started. I have my SPA Assessment and Level 2 coach kayak Assessment approaching, so Iam writing this letter to anyone who maybe able to help by donating any second hand kit, either climbing, paddling or any kit or equipment that might help to get me started. Even a rack or boat would be good at a good price. I would love any help from keen paddlers and climbers in the outdoor industry.
