Well you can't be on your 2nd round until you've done ONE round (though it wouldn't be from scratch - this would upset messrs Brown and Logan a bit I think!), so yes, and you have to have done every Munro at least twice to complete a 2nd round , so yes again.
To read between the lines, I believe that overlap is permissable
