It says on the 'Publications' page of this website:
The current edition of this book (1996)has sold out.
It may still be possible to find a copy in some shops. If you have a specific query re contacting an estate, the MCofS office will endeavour to help. Information is also available from the website Who Owns Scotland, the Hill Phones Service or in the reprint of Irvine Butterfield's High Mountains.
