Oh for goodness sake. Are you pulling our legs or are you genuinely unfamiliar with the term "unwaged"? If the answer is "yes" where have you been for the last 20 years apart from in the US military? And what have you done to deserve such a fate? Unwaged is a euphemism for unemployed. If you feel you may be entitled to a reduction due to your personal circumstances, I suggest you contact the MCofS direct.
