Hi Michel
There are a few good bouldering venues around crieff which have just been developed. The best is in Glen Lednock, north of Comrie, right up under the dam at the head of the glen. Park below the dam and take a track and small bridge over the river and the boulders are scattered all over the hillside in front of you. About 70 problems - grades from VB (for kids) to V9 with a lot in the V1 - V3 range. There are also some smaller but good boulders above the right end of the dam, over the back of small crags (V0 - V6).
The other venue closer to crieff is the Samson Stone on Laggan Hill - near Baird's Monument. A short rounded boulder, very fingery with 7 problems from V2 - V7, you can bike right up to it.
Further afield is Weem near Aberfeldy, where 2 small walls at the east end above the church give excellent highball problems V1 - V6.
Hope that helps.
I live in Crieff and if you want to visit the boulders get in touch with me at home at Rockart@tesco.net.
