Mac is stuck in such a rut, storyline wise...except for his memorable--and, hopefully, storyline opening--reunion with Robert, we almost only ever see him as police commissioner, only ocassionally as a dad and uncle, and never as a regular guy. He needs a friend, a sounding board, someone through whom we can hear Mac's perspective. Skye would do nicely...and Mac and Jax became friends of a sort, once they buried the Miranda hatchet; at least, I remember that Jax encouraged Mac is his pursuit of Felicia. I don't think I'm asking for the moon and the stars here, just a little balance. But, I know I'm preaching to the choir...let's hope the campaign reaps rewards. I know many on-liners on board with it. Let's hope the off-liners feel the same way. Jean

The thought of pairing Mac and Skye only recently occured to me, but I've been an admirer of RC's for years, since her AMC and AW days.
