Don't know much about the family, but I will share what I can with you. Please let me know if you are looking for anything specific. I can tell you that what I have doesn't exactly match what you posted. I have Isom born in Feb. 1880 in Perry, Kentucky. He was married on Jul.5 of 1899 in Perry, Kentucky, and died on Nov. 6 in 1960. I can also send you the names of his children with their birth and death dates. I'm not sure I have any info on Polly, but I do have info on a sixth child, a son named Jordan. Let me know if you are interested and I will send what I have to you.
