I am researching the Ellis Family. David Ellis was born in Henry Co. Ky the son of Robert and Mary E. Chamberlain Ellis. I am trying to find out who the father of Robert was. I understand that his father was John Ellis who was married to Sarah Parrish but this does not seem to be the case. If anyone has any information at all I would appreciate it very much if you would let me know. My great uncle was Joe C. Ellis who was married to Isabel Curry.
