Rick, I just found out about your retirement. Well, what do I say. You, like GB, always thought that the best job in the PD was patrol. You knew everyone in your district and everyone loved you, some more than others. You taught a lot of people a lot of things. How do work a DV, car stops, etc. But you taught one rookie cop some 14 years ago that to be a cop was more than just wearing a badge. And for that I say thanks Ricky. You have done your part, now its time for us to do ours. Be well my friend. May God bless you for you service and may He keep you safe and healthy. An honored friend, Easley
