Former WCW United States Heavyweight Champion Steve "Mongo" McMichael will be making his first wrestling-related appearance in nearly ten years at TNA's Bound For Glory pay-per-view in Chicago on Sunday, October 12. McMichael will be the Special Guest Referee in the Monster’s Ball match, featuring four tag teams: TNA World Tag Team Champions Beer Money, Team 3D, The Latin American Xchange, and the duo of Matt Morgan and Abyss. TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter said McMichael’s role at Bound For Glory will be to "maintain peace, if at all possible."
