I agree. I mean, hello, did people not noticed the power boost she gave Cell when he absorbed her? I think there's another reason aside from the number of their names why she was absorbed last. Because Android 18 was stronger than Android 17. 17 gave Cell a good power boost, but 18 upgraded several more levels. As I've said, 18's never really showed her full capabilities. Sure, she said she had to go to full power to beat Vegeta, but she beat him with a few blows. I would've like to have seenn what she could really do at full power.
