Actually he did rub it in before. When vegeta and goku talk on kami's lookout..he sais that he's waayy stronger than vegeta, knowing that it was gonna irritate him. So I must defend vegeta's honor!! Cuz after all had it not been for veg-head then a few of the z warriors wouldn't have been around. He's a lot more than trash talk and arrogance. As for char design. I think bra is a pretty cool concept. I mean she is a female version of vegeta that can basically get him to do almost anything. When the guys hit on her she knows her dad is gonna do something so she plays along until he rips out thier steering wheel lol. She is Kawaii and she knows it. Second when baby takes her over she can fly. That shows that she has hidden potential. Which makes her a mystery. She has a power level but doesn't know how to use it. She is also like a coin. On one side she is like bulma but given certain circumstances she changes into "vegeta" mode.
