Baby? Well....remember when he fired the kamehameha at piccolo? Well the green man was holding goten...they both got disintegrated...was that turning twisted and ugly animation...well you see goten at bulmas with a "fever" and piccolo only has a hole in his stomach...but if piccolo can regenerate why wait a few months to just die? there are 2 hiccups..1 piccolo not regenerating..and 2 they were actually dead.
