For my newest topic, I've decided to take a look at some of the scum of the universe that the z-fighters have to do battle with and ask, which do you think is the scariest Dragonball villian? They can be from Dragonball, DBZ or GT, or even from one of the movies.
Personally, I think Brolli is the ultimate villian. Every time I watch Movie 8 I get shivers. That might be from excitement rather than fear but the feeling's there. Anyway, what do you think? Do you agree or do you have a bad guy who's worse?
