That may be true but everyone has thier own training methods. Besides goku also trained under intense gravity. 100 times on the way to namek. And he as well as vegeta train in the room of spirit and time (hyperbolic time chamber). As for ssj3...my view still stands. I think vegeta and goku were in fact even. I think they just made ssj3 against buu for spice. THe same reason that buu turned skinny and beefy..ppl didn't like fat buu so they made an evil buu. Basically...ssj3 wasn't in the plans until a little after buu saga started. phew...what ticks me off is that vegeta dropped back down to ssj1 after he died. I believe that weather or not you gain power from somewhere you should keep it...
