Hi-ho. This my second Dragonball topic that I'm using to get evryone off depressing topics such as sex-filled fanfics and jealous webmasters. Now i'm sure everyone here knows of the heated rivalry between Goku and Vegeta. This war of wills begins in the saiyan saga and continues all the way to the end of the Buu saga. Ultimately, every time Vegeta reaches a new level of power, Goku goes one step further. Understandably, this gets the saiyan prince royally pissed off. (Get it? Prince? Royally? Oh never mind!)The question Vegeta is always asking is how 'Kakarrot' is able to best him all the time. During the Buu saga he concludes that Goku must've been born with a natural ability superior to his, but I don't think that's the case at all. I think the answer can be found in the years before Goku even met Vegeta. I'm of course talking about Dragonball. During that series, Goku trained under several different teachers and from each of them he learned something different. Vegeta never had a mentor, except maybe his father, but he died when Vegeta was only five.
What I'm trying to get at is, the reason Goku is so much stronger than Vegeta is he knows how to train properly. Vegeta's idea of training is to work his body non-stop until he collapses and then, once he regains consciousness, go at it again. Goku however understands how important it is to let your body rest and recover so that it stays in good shape and you don't risk an injury. Any body builder or martial artist will tell you the same thing.
Well, that's my view on the subject. What's your's? Let me know so we can have a good heated debate.
