Posted by Stevil on 8/22/2007, 8:52 pm, in reply to "Democrat Congress Hits NEW Historical Low Rating" Dem's apparently conned into believing that despite that electoral victory, that opposing a deeply unpopular president is so political risky -- because some out-of-touch Beltway flaks will wail -- that they end up doing the bidding of that deeply unpopular president. They will step up and those numbers will rise. What are the W's poll numbers again Justin?
If Democrats continue to demonstrate even less courage than they did as a minority, which didn't seem possible at the time. They deserve those low numbers.
