Next was the Tables Are Legal match between BJ Whitmer and Brent Albright. This match reminded me of old school ECW- brutal, stiff and just plain good brawling. Albright played the total heel to the hilt- smashing Whitmer with pieces of table to keep him woozy enough. Finish had to be seen to be believed. Remember when in ECW in February 1995 when Benoit put a table on the top rope, then powerbombed Sabu off said table? They topped that with the sickest table bump I've ever seen. Albright sets up a double table landing area. He gets Whitmer on the top rope. He gets ready to powerbomb him, but Whitmer stops him and turns it into a twist suplex into the tables, pinning Albright afterward. The most hardcore match I've seen in some time. ****1/2
