So much for Bush having a rebound year. This "Presidency" continue to lower the bar for the next President. Whoever he or she is will look like FDR. Anyway here is a nice quote from the last decent Republican President the Late Jerry Ford.
I only I wish they had decent men like Ford around the White House.
