In case anyone doesnt know. The pictures on page 5 of John in the #8 57 chevy were taken at the old H&B Speedway that was located on Hiway 105 between Beaumont, Texas and Sourlake, Texas. The #98 car is Charles Seals. This was the 6 cylinder class. I started racing that year and had just turned 16 in July of 1970. I sure had a lot of fun racing with both John and Charles. We all miss ya John!
