10:00 PM, A dingy warehouse on the outskirts of Gotham City

In a dimly lit room a video appears on a projector screen. The lights go down and the only illumimation comes from the screen of a laptop computer.

A high-pitched scratchy voice begins talking over the video through a microphone.. the audience listens intently..

Welcome my friends. Those that couldn't make tonights initial meeting have been given a special satellite feed.
Tonight is the beginning of a new lives for most of us. I don't expect everyone to take up my offer. I realize that some of you will want to see results. What you will see tonight is the potential my plan has for each of us.. Eyes on the video please...

The video begins..

Throughout the history of mankind there have been monsters.

These monsters are created in his mind. Mankind takes the fear of the unknown and turns it into a monster.

Some monsters that come out of the head of man are imaginary, creations of the most sophisticated tool on the planet.. the human brain..

Some imaginary monsters have included Grendel, medusa, dragons, werewolves, Frankenstein Monsters and Godzilla to name a few.

[Other monsters are based on something that man has witnessed and the story of the 'something' becomes exaggerated...
The Lochness Monster, giant squids, UFO's, Big Foot.

Sometimes monsters are created by man's hands..
Giant worms at Chernobyl, clones...

But most monsters on earth are......man.
Man has the most complex tool in his head and he knows how to use it for evil purposes..
Hitler, Hussein, Dahmer...

On this planet, monsters walk among us...
Some appear as normal humans....
A light shines on a shapely female human figure, she walks to her seat at a long table.. behold the mutant Emma Frost....

Some monsters love to hunt others.....
A light shines on a large muscular male, he carries a hardware of weapons and artillery. He takes his seat.. behold Crossbones.

Some monsters love the darkness....
A light dimly shines on a shadowy being.. he reluctantly takes his place at the table... behold Shadow Thief.

Some monsters can control the very elements around us..
A light shines on another shapely female figure.
She takes her seat as the frosty air leaves her lips... behold my protege Killer Frost.

Some monsters are from high society with a large bank roll.... the light shines on a small, hefty man wearing a top hat... behold Oswald Cobblepot-- the Penguin.

Some monsters feel they are superior creations of mankind....
The light shines on a largemetallic individual. Energy seeps from his eyes and mouth. He doesn't move.. he stands.... behold Ultron!

Some monsters are creations of nature..nature in chaos...
The light shines on a reptilian humanoid.. he stands at the head of the table.. Behold Stegron, the Dinosaur Man.

Next to Stegron stands a metallic female. She is green with purple butterfly-like wings.. the light shines on her... behold my queen Chrysallis.

The video continues to run....

Some monsters come from the Cosmos and the heavens beyond...

The video shows images of a Superman-like being. The gathering of villians gasps...

The tiny narrarator simply says..
'Easy my cohorts! This is not the man of steel, this is Bizarro!!'

A sigh comes over the gathering..

And much like Bizarro, I am a monster from the cosmos....
A light shines down on Stegron. A small worm slowly makes his way down Stegron's arm and moves on to the head of the table...

'A-hem!
Welcome my marvelous monsters. You have all been invited here to
FIRST: Show you that you are not the only monsters in the world and
SECONDLY: Join me in a hostile takeover of not only the city, not only the state, not only the country, but the WORLD!!!

With me as your leader, and this core of Monsters, Gotham City will be ours before the night falls into day.. That is how much power is sitting in this room, and there is even more sitting comfortably looking at this satellite feed.

Individually we have fallen to the likes of Batman, Superman, Captain America, Spiderman, the Avengers, the Justice League...

Images of each hero flash up on the screen with resounding boos and hisses..

Ask yourselves.. Could I have beaten Batman, if I had the extra help?
Crossbones, would you have tasted the shield if you had the help of Killer Frost?

He shakes his head no while Frost flips her hair and gives him a smirk..

It's a numbers game. Together, we can take down anybody and anything...... Join me now my brothren..... MY MONSTER SOCIETY!!!!
