The streets of Gotham have never been a place for a lady to walk when the sun begins to set across the high-rise skyline. But now alone and running from the people that may have been able to help her, Louise runs, her heart beating so loud that it fills her ears.
*thump thump* thump thump*
She glides across the floor on a thin sheet of ice, created by her own force of will and power. Yet despite such control, she is still unable to revert back to her true human form.
“Damn it, shake it off”
“You cant escape me child, no more than you can escape your true destiny in this world” the words whisper in her ear like a lovers caress, but she has been welcome to this particular voice inside her head before and knows now that it is this voice that has lead for her villainous alter ego to resurface.
“Get out of my head”
“You need me child, more than you could ever imagine, in fact if I where you, I’d listen very carefully”
“SHUT UP”
“A huntress is stalking you this night, be ready for her”
“SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP”
Her hands press firmly against her temples, her eyes closed as she releases her inner rage, as a violent scream to the outside world, only when she opens her eyes is she able to see her powers have reflected her turmoil. As the entire alley upon which she tries to hide down, is now coated in thick blue ice.

The machine responds to its masters commands, as above the body of the young boy wonder, a machine like a gigantic metal arm moves into position before coming to life and bathing the red suited child in an array of light.
*Analysis complete, Life signs are stable*
“Good, now patch me through to Oracle”
The machine once more begins to hum with life and power as it establishes an open communications link to a close friend of all the agents of the bat.
“Bruce, is that you”
“Barbra I need your help”
“Whoa, slow down there. You need my help? Since when did the famous Batman ever call in favours”
“Since an escaped killer gained access to the Batcave”
“What?”
“Worse still, I allowed her entry”
“You brought the killer there yourself? are you out of your god damn mind”
“No time to explain, but I had my reasons. But Tim took a hit, he’s stable but it means I can’t leave the cave unprotected”
“So are you needing me to send someone over?”
“No time, Frost is already making headway, who do you have in the field”
“Huntress is on active watch tonight”
“Good, send her in. but tell her to be careful, Frost is unstable. She may go off at any time. Take her down and contain her, we can deal with the rest later”
“Understood, oh and Bruce take care of Tim. We’ve got this”
“Thanks Barbra”
The Dark Knight closes the link, before walking slowly over to the still cold body of Robin. “I promise you, we’ll get her Tim”

“No fooling around out there tonight Helena, Bruce says this girl is different. Unhinged mentally and is a walking time bomb just waiting to go off”
“So I shoot from a distance with an arrow and it’s the end of her”
“Just be careful ok”
“Don’t worry, I’ve got this in the bag”
