"Red Cloth not hurt Hulk! Hulk strongest one there is!"
The unleashed rage that was the Hulk stood massive in the middle of the cramped side street. The beast flexed and stretched as if he were stuck in a genie's bottle. Gritting his teeth the giant leapt forward towards the shadowy figure in red. The Hood turned around just in time to brace himself for the human earthquake that barreled towards him.
Their bodies collided with crushing force and went flying past Wrecker, who was still grounded with fear. He finally forced himself off of the ground and shook his head. Noticing the opening, he picked up his crowbar and turned to flee.
"Not so fast, buddy."
Dirk was met with a solid right hand to the jaw! It sent him stumbling backwards in shock. He looked up, after checking his mouth for blood, to see the mighty Doc Samson standing before him.
"Ha! You gamma people... " He cracked his neck and hoisted his crowbar onto his shoulders. "What're you doin' here big boy? Couldn't bring him in quietly, eh?"

One Week Ago, Undisclosed Location

"I need him as stable as possible if this is going to work, Mr. Samson."
"It's Doc."
"Excuse me. You have to understand that this is for the best. We're going to rid him of this monster, you must understand."
A figure cloaked by shadow tossed a folder full of photos and documents onto the table.
"I've got the best scientist tied to the job, Samson. I know what i'm doing."
"But... What are you after, Count?"

"I'm pulling out, Wrecker! I'm saving Bruce from this. I don't know what I was thinking. I only wanted to help him."
Samson darted towards The Wrecker at full speed and tackled him into a nearby building, sending debris and rubble cascading down on top of both of them.
"The damage is done,Doc! He is gonna' get the big brute either way!"
He raised the crowbar high above his head and brought it down hard on the Doctor's back, forcing him to thud on the ground below.
