The BatMan and his allies move like a team that is in control. They know our every move. The weapons get out on the streets but then are collected, no confiscated by the Dark Knight and his allies.

I would buy that Grodd, except.... why doesn't he help the others? Flash, Hawkman, Green Lantern.. they don't get the jump like our Gotham Guardians.
Grodd attempts to answer but his train of thought moves to the Television's Emergency Alert System...
