“Cog how could you do those thing?” said Al looking turning to face Cogiostro.
“Well I lost my head and I thought I was unstoppable, but then the bounty hunter came after me, due to the trail of blood I left it was easy to track me down. Listen I wish I could turn back time but I can’t” said Cogiostro with a tear running down his face.
“To be honest Al I see a lot of you in me, I tried to gain my humanity back but its hard. I still hear his call in my mind, asking me to give him souls” Cogiostro said looking down at his hand then wiping the tear from his face.
Al had turned away to look down at the alley but his focus was on someone that was moving shiftily through one of the alleys dragging along some small boy by the arm.
“What’s is that?” said Al in a low voice turning to Cogiostro.
As two other figure were following the man with the small boy.
“I don’t know Al” said Cogoistro, suddenly there was a loud explosion that made a dumpster fly across the alley.
“Holy sh*t, what the hell is going on?” said Al standing up and jumping from the roof of the church. Al landed as soft as a feather as his veil reacted like a parashoot then their was another explosion and a high pitch laugh.
Al started to sprint toward the site of the explosion and saw a small boy who was crying, a fully grow man stood nearby, looking insane. He had white wiry hair and his face was dirty but with an insane grin of a mad man. Spawn recognised this grin but he couldn’t put his finger on it.
“Who are you? a hero of god hahahaha” said the priest holding the boy by the neck.
“I’m Spawn, Who are you?” said Al glaring at the priest.
“I’m Priest McCann and I will smite the unholy and evil in all beings to sent down to this hell hole, starting with this boy” said Priest McCann opening his coat and showing 10 or 15 grenades.
“You don’t need to do this” said Al holding up his hand. As he moved closer to the priest.
“Well I need to cleace the evil from this place and destroy all evil in this world” said priest McCann taking a grenade from his coat and pulling the pin and throwing it at Al.
Al acted in seconds, his veil formed a shield as the grenade exploded sending black smoke in all directions. As the smoke cleared, Al scanned the area but the priest had gone as Cogiostro had strode next to Al.
“He was the Priest of the Church behind us” Cogiostro said looking at Al
Al turned about and looked at the church. The walk off back to the church but keeping an eye on the surroundings.
“Twitch I can’t believe Priest McCann would kidnap a child, he seemed to lost it after they forced him out, but this? Ain’t like him at all” said Sam as he tried not to crash the car.
“Sir you’d best learn quick that there are some sick people on the planet” Twitch said turning up the police radio.
“True Twitch true, GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY” said Sam taking over a car while beeping his horn.
“Priest McCann is now in the Alley next to the abandoned churchon Elm, over” the voice came over the radio. Sam looked at Twitch who had the microphone in his hand.
“That was his church wasn’t it sir” said Twitch looking uneasy.
“Yeah it was, I have an inkling he’s going back there” said Sam, as he performs a U-turn in the middle of ongoing traffic and speeds the other way.
“We need to get there Twitch and get back up there as well” said Sam his face grew with rage.
“Yes, sir” Twitch said to Sam already reaching for the radio
“Could you get back up at abandoned church on elm now please” Twitch said over the radio. Then looking at Sam.
Sam had speed off down a back alley to the church. Sam had to slam his brakes on hard as Priest McCann appeared out of nowhere walking right in front of them with an evil grin.
“Look Timmy people came to help you, but I sense evil in them” said McCann as he throw a grenade at the car.
“GET OUT NOW!” said Sam as he and Twitch dived out of the car seats, scrambaling to get top their feet and run away from then car.
Priest McCann then pulled a grenade out of his coat and was about to pull the pin when Twitch shot him from a distance, straight into the headof the priest. The priest simply fell backwards. His hand still around the grenade. The small boy ran over to Twitch as Sam moved quickly to the priest and disarmed him.
“Are you alright kid?” said Sam walking over to Twitch.
The boy nodded as they started to walk out of the alley.
After they had left, once he was sure their was none else looking, the priest sat up and looked around.
“That was fun tehehe” said the priest. The priest ripped off his skin to show a fat ugly clown.
“Well you win some , you lose some” said Clown with an evil look on his face yet still wearing his trademark grin.
“At least I know their spawny hearts lies with the goodies hahaha now to make Spawn destory Wynn” said Clown.
“how fun but I need to report to the boss first” said Clown, as he walked off singing show tunes and giggling like a school girl.
“I like this song hehe” said Clown.
