EXT. Arbitrary Street, LA--NIGHT
Rafael lies atop a car. His once white Panther costume now covered in blood, broken glass, and the occasional knife. The Glass from the smashed car windows is scattered all around, and the shrill sound of car sirens make an almost defining shrill scream. Rafael lies there looking up into a complete black sky.
EXT. Top deck of the Helicarrier—night
Rafael White Wolfs Chief of personal security stands on the launching pad of the helicarrier. Rafael stands there with a shield model rocket pack on his back peering into the moonless sky.
Raf:
(Voice Over)
Ninja moon. That’s what they call the night of the moonless sky. For those who are trained in the way of the ninja, darkness is our ally. It’s a good night to get a work out.
Rafael smiles under his white panther mask steps off the side of the carrier and begins his decent.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Wolf has a list of places we should never go unless we absolutely have to. They’re on this list for various reasons. Impenetrable security, Physics, and so on and so on. At the top of the list Wakanda. At the bottom, Wu Tang Clan tower.
Rafael continues to free-fall.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Wu Tang? A bunch of Hip Hopers made the cut of place not to go. Rza, Gza, Method Man, the Ghost Face Killa, what are they going to do write a dis-song about him.
Rafael finally activates his rocket back and scraps by the rooftops. He darts in-between buildings at almost full speed. He slows down when he sees the tower with the Clan symbol on the roof.
Raf:
This has to be the place.
Rafael leaves his Jet pack a few rooftops away. Then heads over to the building Cloaks himself and slips in.
INT. Wu Tang Clan Tower, 12th floor
Rafael steps moves freely around 12 floor
Raf:
(V.O.)
Nothing. I got in with no problem. Minimal security. Huge Gaps in the camera system, I could have done this with out being cloaked. I was hoping for something a little more challenging.
Rafael looks at the plaques and metals on the wall. It looks like an ordinary office, until. A hidden door in the wall opens up and a man dressed in ninja costume steps out. He visibly armed with a sword, and a riffle crossing on his back. On his side, a silenced pistol, and assortment throwing knives and stars.
Raf:
(In cloak)
Maybe they’re shooting a music Video.
Turns towards Raf, and tosses a knife where his head should be. Raf Catches it and tosses it back. The Wu Ninja catches it; Raf immediately follows it up with an energy dagger. The Ninja tries to catch it, but it cuts through his hand into his forehead.
Raf:
Sorry guy can’t catch those. But now I have a problem.
Rafael drags the body to the bathroom, and wipes up the blood the best he can.
Raf:
(V.O.)
I should go.
He looks at the open secrete entrance.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Curiosity killed the cat.
Rafael smiles, and enters the secrete room. Once inside he approaches the end of the hall. He can hear the sounds of swords colliding, and the steady beat of a ritual drum. Intrigued by the drum Raf carefully he leaps to the ceiling, using his Vibrainium boots, creeps into the massive training area.
Raf:
(V.O.)
There’s like a million of them.
Rafael looks down at the countless battalions of ninjas training. There moves sharp precise, and in unison. On the walls hung Iron Flags the Clans W.
Rafael:
(V.O.)
Holy baby Jesus! This is Wu Tang? If this one was the last on the list, I hate to see the first.
Soon, as he turns to leave one of the leader of the Ninja’s throws a knife, nicking Raf’s shoulder. All the Ninja’s attention is turned to where the knife is thrown. A small drop of blood comes from seemingly nowhere lands on one of the ninja’s face.
Leader:
Kill.
EXT. LA Streets—night
Rafael quickly leaps from roof to roof. Behind him are hundreds of ninja’s.
Raf:
Ok 2 more roof tops and I’m out of here.
Mid Jump one of the bullets hits Rafael in the leg. It does not penetrate his vibrainium laced suit but it almost cause him miss the rooftop. The second he pulls himself up, the ninja’s swarm around him like killer bees. The Wu Ninjas unleashing multitudes of knives darts, and stars. Rafael does his best to evade and dodge, slashing a few of them with his claws.
Raf:
(V.O.)
They’re too many of them.
Raf throws down a smoke bomb, cloaks himself and tries to run, but he is cut off by the leader of the Wu Tang Clan Ninja.
Leader:
Panther Ninja!
The rest of the Ninja back off and surround the roof top cutting off all means of escape.
Raf:
(V.O.)
There is no way she can see, is there?
The stranger throws her rain hat at Rafael, Raf catches but the blades cut threw his gloves into his heads.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Her eyes, she’s. . .
The Clan Leader stands with her spear in her hand and sword on her back.
Leader:
By now panther ninja you’re probably looking at my eyes. I was once like you. A Ronin. I’ve done things many evil deeds in my lifetime. Countless have feel under this spear, and this sword. Eventually my soul grew to heavy, I wanted to start a new life. But I couldn’t do it with those eyes. Those eyes that had saw only evil.
Rafael uncloaks, and looks around the roof time.
Raf:
Who are you?
Leader:
I am Fuku, Domie, and today Panther Ninja. You die.
Fuku throws here spear at Raf, he leaps back to avoid it. With in a blink Fuku is there with her sword and stabs Raf through the shoulder.
Raf:
Ahhh!
(V.O.)
This isn’t good.
Fuku pulls her sword out of his shoulder and swings for his Raf’s head. Raf dodges and punches for her stomach. She moves Grabs his hand and flings him across the roof. Before he can land she hits him in the back with 2 throwing knives.
Fuku:
(Sighs)
I was hoping for a challenge.
Rafael coughs up blood under his mask. Before he can catch his breath Fuku Hits him in the neck the sweeps his legs.
Fuku:
(with her back to Raf)
Protect your neck.
Raf:
That’s it. . .
Before he could finish his statement his mask fills with blood choking him. Rafael rips off his mask, and unleashed his claws.
Raf:
Lets finish this.
Fuku almost smiles.
Raf, releases a smoke bomb.
Fuku:
(Waving her hand in front of her eyes.)
Have you been paying attention, I’m blind?
Pivots and darts towards the end of the roof, he puts his hand complete through one Ninja’s stomach takes his sword, and kill the another one and takes his sword. The ninja’s begin to attack Raf, dodges most of they’re attacks and uses both swords to slowly decrease they’re numbers. Raf then flips backwards through the air, but is intercepted by a kick in the back by Fuku.
Fuku:
What’s the matter panther ninja, Am I not enough of a fight for you. I guess I’ll take the kid gloves off.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Christ she was holding back.
With her sword clutched tightly in her hands she begins her attack, with more intensity than before. Raf is more fluid with fending off her attacks but he still can’t land a single blow.
Fuku:
What motivates you Panther Ninja.
When Fuku speaks her words are smooth and stead. Her attacks are precise and motions effortless.
Raf:
(V.O.)
She’s not even winded. She’s not even winded! I can’t keep this up. I’m going to die.
Fuku:
When I was on your path, it was money. Cash Ruled Everything Around Me.
Fuku slices through one of Rafael’s swords and across his chest. Rafael leaps back, and throws and energy knife into her shoulder. She lets it stay in, the energy blade starts to burn her flesh.
Fuku:
(Voice still unchanged)
Good you scored one.
Rafael, on one knee, gasps for air holding his chest. He uses his sword to push himself to his feet.
Fuku:
Ready?
Raf:
(V.O.)
No.
(aloud)
Bring it.
Fuku runs at him Raf does his best to defend but he’s steadily being pushed back.
Raf:
(V.O.)
I’m going to die.
Fuku:
I tried to force myself to believe that it wasn’t me that was evil; it was the people I worked for. In the end, I had to make a choice.
Rafael swings at her feet she leaps high in the air to avoid it, he quickly throws the last of his energy daggers at her. She blocks them all with her swords. When she lands, he rushes her with his claws, and the swords. She effortlessly evades Raf’s attacks.
Fuku:
You see, when you don’t decide who you are, and what you stand for, someone else will decide for you. And you may not like what you become.
Raf:
Why are you telling me all of this?
Raf attacks like his life depends on it, each attack harder faster than the last.
Fuku:
Maybe you’ll use this advice and Find peace in your next life.
Raf:
(V.O.)
I can’t even touch her. My eyes are becoming my disadvantage.
Fuku swings again, and breaks his sword. She then hits him with an open Palm strike to the chest sending him rolling across the roof. Before he can get to his feet she throws a knife and hits Raf in the leg. Raf pulls it out and throws it back she catches it, wipes off the blood and puts it backing her pouch. Raf turns and starts to run toward the end of the roof, but the ninja stood ready with swords and guns drawn.
Raf:
Crap!
He turns and Fuku is already there. She pushes her sword through Rafael’s torso. Raf tries to speak but blood comes up.
Raf:
(V.O.)
I’m …going to die. I can’t,
The ninja’s part, and she holds him near the edge of the roof, with her sword still though his midsection. Raf pulls out a small device from his suite.
Raf:
(V.O.)
Its an incinerator, it will burn my equipment and my body until there is nothing left but ash.
Fuku:
