As for me, the only character flaw that I can find in Superman is that he is a 'boy scout', true and true. Batman used the term 'boy scout' to describe him. In the eyes of this overly powerful superhero, good is good and evil is evil...there is no moral gray area. Hence, he will not manipulate the law to his own advantage to do good and to punish evil. He does things strictly by the book. So, if being a 'boy scout' is a character flaw, I guess that's the only weakness Superman has. Lex Luthor recognises this and that why he is Superman's greatest enemy until today.
