I've never read a single Superman comic, but I could see the whole indestructable thing getting annoying. I really like Smallville, because I'm not hung up on how it changes things from the comics(even though I know alot of the story). I like the fact he has a golden moral compass and don't bend at the first sign it is going to cause a problem.
