I don't really like what DC's been dishing out lately but Superman Batman: Public Enemies was pretty good although I prefer the comic book version of that story better. My all-time favourite DC animation would be Batman: The Animated Series from the 90s, hands down!
As for Marvel, I think what they've done is decent but not great. Doctor Strange and Iron Man was okay for me. I didn't like what they did with the X-Men though, it's way to kiddish for me.
Well, that's just me!
