Dudes, I get what people are hating about this. But seriously, I freaking love Disney...like in a way that may be unhealthy for a man my age. But come on, everybody loves Disney. Everyone has a favorite Disney movie. Everyone loves the freaking songs and loves the freaking rides. And Kingdom Hearts is beyond awesome.
Guys, Disney rocks. As awkward as it feels to say that.
And look at the media today. The superhero is saturated in today's market. A superhero won an Oscar...or villain rather. And now even Disney said "Yes, superheroes win." We won guys. We who loved the superhero since day 1 can now see our love cherished by all others in the world.
They're the ones jumping on our band wagon! We got to start a band wagon!
Think of the 50's when crap like Seduction of the Innocent came out. And the comics code had to be established to fight it. People actually thought that comics were destroying American youth. Now look at it! There is no American youth without the comic...er superhero at least. Now we sit right beside "Zippidy Do Da" and "Gawrsh!"
We win guys. Bottom-line we stuck with comics and now we've won. I'll go break open the champaigne.
