Not James T Kirk (Chris Pine)...the guy playing Thor played Kirk's father, George Kirk, aka Chris Hemsworth. He was the handsome gentleman at the beginning of the movie that gets swallowed up by a massive ship.

The guy is an interesting choice. I guess I'll have to see him in the outfit to truly believe he can pull it off. Plus he looks like he could use an extra 40 pounds of muscle.
Oddly enough...does anyone else think this guy would make a great Hal Jordon!?
