The villain surge has seemed to revitalize a lot of writers myself included and it's great to see people really stretching themselves and playing the bad guy, or in some cases the good guy for the first time in their history on the site. I found this week to be especially tough to pick because people are really stepping up their game, so everyone who posted should be proud of themselves and had everyone posted their posts a couple weeks ago when things were less active they would have walked away with this for sure.

1. Deathstroke for "Prologue: Vendetta". A really strong introduction by this writer as he puts pieces in place. A fantastic characterization of Green Arrow (seriously if things with Captain America don't work out look at the Emerald Archer). Slade putting a new plan into motion is always chillingly calculated and this one looks to be no exception, add in Deadshot and Geo Force for good measure and you have a really great start to a series I will be anxiously awaiting each installment in for sure.

2. Killer Frost for "The Path to Redemption". Fleshing out a more or less unknown villain is always a difficult task but this author seems to be up the challenge, explaining Killer Frost's legacy as well as giving a her a very interesting status quo which again leaves me wanting more.

3. Purple Man for "What Happens In Vegas". Finding the person to fill this spot was tough as again the rest of the Rps that were posted this week were very strong. Purple Man is developing some very interesting NPCs in the detectives that are chasing the elusive Purple Man and it'll be interesting to see if they eventually catch up to him. Turning the photographers cameras on each other was a nice touch, as was the extension of his powers after fighting with Wiccan, good stuff.

Honorable Mentions go to Supreme (some really cool throwback sliver-agey goodness with the Flash), Donna Troy and The Red Queen.
