if you finish 2nd overall through total of all judges votes yes you get 4 stat points and $20. if you did not make final vote at the bottom of page as 1st, 2nd or 3rd then no you do not.
occassionally RPs will be voted high by individual judges but when total if figured they do not break into top 3
