"Logan" totally shocked me, but it was the season finale, so I had hope for Quinn showing up alive in the next ep. Didn't happen. Okay, maybe the next ep would involve time travel. Nope. So I read a few more thinking IS can't go on without Quinn. Yet it is. There's no sign that he's coming back! However, after a handful of stories without him, IS surprisingly doesn't suck. I'm reading Sliders fic that doesn't include Quinn, and I'm enjoying it!
