Tech has offered a basketball scholarship to 6-1 junior point guard Tyrese Rice of Lloyd Bird High in Chesterfield, VA. I was at the game tonight when they played George Wythe High for the Central Region Championship (for all the Group AAA high schools in the Richmond area).
