Why would College & NFL scouts put such a great emphasis on the 40 if it meant nothing? Film can lie if everyone around you is playing at a slower speed. Now I agree if your a player, your a player and there is something to be said about that but speed is what our coaches are definately emphasizing in their latest recruiting class if you noticed.
